Winter Coat Drive

Donations Accepted: clean, good quality, used or new winter coats, hats, gloves, and socks for men, women, and children.  In high demand are XXL, XXXL, and toddler sizes. All used items must be freshly laundered. 

The Coat Drive will run September 1 – 30.

2025 Coat Distribution

  • CAP’s Coat Distribution will serve residents of Blaine, Birch Bay, Custer, and Point Roberts.
  • Distribution dates: Monday, October 6, 9 am – noon; Wednesday, October 8, 5 – 7 pm; Friday, October 10, 9 am – noon, and Saturday, October 11, 10 am – noon.
  • Distribution will take place upstairs at the CAP Center, 508 G Street, Blaine. For those who are unable to negotiate stairs, there are several handicapped parking spaces at the back of the building, along with ramp access.
  • No appointment is required. Drop in anytime during the hours listed above.
